These terms apply to the Aura Ilaj website operated by Aura Ilaj. By submitting an order after checkout opens, you confirm that the supplied contact and delivery information is accurate and that you accept these terms and the product-use disclaimer.

Cash on Delivery orders

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. The trusted order service recalculates product prices, shipping, inventory, and the final total before accepting an order. No online payment is collected. Payment is due according to the confirmed Cash on Delivery process. An order request is not a dispatch guarantee; it may require staff phone confirmation and remains subject to stock, serviceability, and fraud checks.

Availability and fulfilment

Stock is reserved when the server accepts an order. A private tracking ID is issued for status updates. Courier details are displayed or sent only after a real courier and tracking number are assigned. Confirmed shipping timing is published in the shipping policy.

Cancellations and order problems

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under the published order problems policy. This does not limit a remedy that applicable Pakistani law requires.
